Your two entertainers arrive 10 minutes before the start, say hello to the birthday child, and agree the running order and the best spot for each activity with whoever is hosting. We usually open with balloon art and face painting at the same time, which is the easiest way to meet every child and get them talking. Once everyone has been painted, it turns into game time: sack races, pass the parcel, musical bumps, musical statues, egg and spoon, limbo and a proper tug of war.
Both entertainers are insured and background-checked. Between them they cover up to 12 children in the session with the balloons and face painting, so if you are inviting more than that, add 30 minutes for every additional 6 children.
For children aged 5 and under we would point you at the Active Party instead. A lot of game instructions are hard for younger children to follow, and balloons and face painting land better at that age.

Your entertainers set up the music and equipment, say hello to the birthday child, and run through the plan with you before anything starts.
Around 45 minutes of balloon art and face painting running side by side, then both entertainers switch into the active party games together.
We clear up and leave the room exactly as we found it. No mess, no fuss, just a lot of happy children and calmer parents.
Games Programme: the Complete Party carries the full set — musical statues, limbo, pass the parcel, parachute games, red light green light, tug of war, sack races, egg and spoon relay and tail tag. On the day your entertainers pick the right mix for the age group and the space they have.

Your entertainers are there 10 minutes before the start. If we are ever late for a reason that is on us, we extend the session at no charge.
The Complete Party brings together our three most popular services — balloon art, face painting and party games — delivered by two entertainers in one 90-minute session. It is a fixed combination at a package price, so the three cannot be swapped for magic or a party character. If you want either of those, add them separately at checkout and they run alongside or around the Complete Party slot.
The first 45 minutes run in parallel: one entertainer on balloon art, the other on face painting, with the children rotating between the two so nobody misses either. For the second 45 minutes both entertainers move into party games and run the group activities together. It is paced tightly enough that no child drops out of it, and it reads as one continuous session rather than three separate bookings.
Ages 5 to 9 is where it lands best — old enough for group games, still fully into face painting and balloons. If your guests are mostly under 5, we would steer you to the Active Party instead, which trades the games for a calmer balloon art and face painting combination that works at any age. Mixed group with younger siblings in it? Ask us and we will help you pick.
The Complete Party is a set 90 minutes and cannot be stretched on its own. If you want room for cake, the song and a less rushed run-through, the two upgraded versions — the Super Complete Party and the Epic Complete Party — each add time to the session. Tell us at booking if you are leaning that way and we will set it up.
The Complete Party scales with the size of the group. There are three tiers — up to 12 children, 13 to 18, and 19 to 24 — and every one of them includes the full line-up of balloon art, face painting and party games with two entertainers, with the session running longer as the group gets bigger. The prices for each tier are on the cards above. For more than 24 children, message us on WhatsApp and we will put a custom quote together.
